Warranty

Luum Textiles warrants to the original purchaser that all textile products under normal wear and tear shall meet the specifications listed on the Luum Textiles website at www.luumtextiles.com, for the period of one year.

Should any failure to conform with this warranty appear on the product during the first year after the date of shipment, upon prompt written notice, Luum Textiles will replace the affected product.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Acts or omissions of parties other than Luum Textiles

• User modification, including additional fabric finishes applied after purchase

• Unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions.

• Abnormal use of textile including cuts, spills, improper cleaning, or other misuse of product.

This warranty is the Customer’s sole remedy for product defect. Luum Textiles makes no warranties, including the express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, other than the express warranties contained herein.

The above express warranties are the exclusive warranties given by Luum Textiles. All other warranties, express or implied, are expressly disclaimed, including without limitation as to merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose or use or otherwise.
